01What we collect
When you request a quote we collect your name, company or property name, email address, phone number, the service you're asking about, and the project details you choose to share. We also record technical attribution data — UTM parameters, Google click IDs and the page you arrived from — so we know which outreach actually works.
We do not collect payment information through this website, and we do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone.
02How we use it
Your information is used for one purpose: to respond to your request, prepare your written quote, schedule and deliver the work, and document the result. Internally, quote requests are visible only to the founder in a password-protected inbox.
In line with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), submitting the quote form gives us implied consent to contact you about that request. We will not add you to a marketing list without your express consent, and you can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.
03Your rights under PIPEDA
Under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act, you may ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it. Email info@velocecleaningsolutions.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
We keep quote records only as long as needed to deliver the work and meet ordinary business record-keeping obligations, after which they are deleted.
04Security and questions
This site is served over HTTPS, form submissions are rate-limited and validated server-side, and the administrative inbox requires authenticated access. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit what we collect to what the work requires.
