Get the site down to a surface you can actually work over.
Bulk debris out, dust captured at height and at the floor, and every trade left with a clean deck to finish on. The rough clean is what makes the final clean possible.
When
During construction, or right after major trades wrap.
What's included
- 01Bulk debris removal and disposal
- 02Full sweep-down and high-dust capture
- 03HEPA-filtered vacuuming throughout
- 04Construction tape, labels and signage removed
- 05Window wells, tracks and sills cleared
- 06Dust-collection zones identified from the drawings
When to book
- Major trades have demobilized and finishes are about to start
- Dust is migrating into finished areas or neighbouring units
- Flooring, cabinetry or millwork installers need a clean deck
- You want dust-collection zones mapped before the final clean
Sequencing note
Book the rough clean before finishes go in — every day of delay lets construction dust settle into ductwork, track systems and cabinet carcasses, and that dust costs three times as much to remove at final. Because we read drawings, we flag dust-collection zones at rough stage so the final clean is faster and cheaper.
Phase 02
Final Clean
After all trades are done and before the walkthrough, we detail the unit top to bottom — ceilings to floors — until it reads finished, not just empty.

Touch-Up & Handover
A fast, surgical pass that erases the last week of site traffic — fingerprints, smudges and settled dust — documented room by room so handover is defensible.
